to meet the marine

Tomorrow I'm going to J's and he and his roomate are cooking dinner for me and his roomates girlfriend.
The roomate is a marine and I havent met him yet so I just call him the marine. The marine has a
KA-BAR on display on the living room wall, just like the one my brother has, I think. I didn't unsheath the marines knife so I don't know if it has a straight or serrated edge.
Sigh.
I don't really know how I feel about J yet and being around this marine is definely not going to help matters.
I'm a sucker for them, instantly attracted to the thought of them.
